Podcast Video Editing — common questions
How many camera angles can you handle?
Six comfortably. Beyond that it is usually worth a conversation first, because past a certain point extra angles slow the edit down without making the episode better.
Do you fix a guest who recorded on a bad webcam?
As far as the footage allows. Reframing, colour and sharpening help a lot; a 480p feed cannot become 1080p. We will tell you honestly what is recoverable before you commit.
Can you add captions?
Yes — burned-in for social cuts, and a clean SRT for the main episode so YouTube indexes it properly.
